How long does shipping take?

Where do you ship from?
All orders are processed and shipped from Europe via our fulfillment partner Selfnamed.

Can I return a product?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for unopened, unused items. Please email us before sending anything back.
Do you offer refunds?
Yes, for eligible returns. Once we receive and inspect the product, we’ll refund your original payment method.

Are your products vegan and cruelty-free?
Yes — all current Soft Edit products are 100% vegan and not tested on animals.
Do your products contain fragrance?
Most products are fragrance-free or subtly scented with natural oils. Check each product page for full ingredient lists.
Are they safe for sensitive skin?
Yes — we formulate with sensitive skin in mind and avoid common irritants. But patch testing is always a good idea.
How should I store the products?
Keep them cool, dry, and out of direct sunlight. Your bathroom shelf is totally fine.
Where are Soft Edit products made?
All products are made in the EU, following strict quality and safety standards.
