Soft Edit Skin Return & Refund Policy

We want you to feel good about shopping with us. Because our products are made just for you and involve skincare items (which can’t be resold for safety reasons), we have to keep our return policy clear and simple. Please read carefully before placing your order.

Can I return my order?

Most of our products are personal care items, which means we cannot accept returns if you change your mind or no longer want the product.

This is because:

• For hygiene and safety, skincare items cannot be returned once shipped.

Damaged, faulty, or incorrect items

If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or not what you ordered, don’t worry — we’ll fix it right away.

• Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package through our Contact Page: Contact Us.

• Share your order number, details of the issue, and photos if possible.

• Once reviewed, we’ll let you know if you’re eligible for a replacement, store credit, or refund.

We’ll do our best to make things right as quickly as possible.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items

We cannot accept returns for:

• Skincare and personal care items (for hygiene reasons).

• Sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges

Because we don’t accept general returns, we cannot process direct exchanges. If your product qualifies as damaged or faulty, we will offer a replacement or another suitable solution.

 

Refunds

• If a refund is approved, it will be sent back to your original payment method.

• Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

• If you don’t see it after 15 business days, please reach out to us via our Contact Page.

European Union 14-day cooling-off period

If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason.

• To be eligible, the product must be unused, unopened, in its original packaging, with all seals and safety packaging intact.

• Due to hygiene reasons, opened skincare products cannot be returned.

• If approved, you will receive a refund within the standard timeline noted above.
